About Us

Meet who we are and how we work

We are two brothers passionate about vintage clothing and sports, mainly football. We started in 2021 and since then we have been selecting and selling wholesale lots to stores, Vinted sellers, flea markets, and fashion projects.

We work with national and foreign suppliers that allow us to access quality clothing in large quantities. Then we make a careful selection, piece by piece.

Orders and Batches

Key information about how our products work

Each lot is made up of a varied selection of garments according to the category you choose. All items are hand-reviewed and classified.

Some lots may be available for direct purchase on the website, and we also accept custom orders.

No. The clothing comes in good condition and checked, but not washed. We recommend washing the garments before putting them up for sale.

In our batches, the sizes are random, ranging from XS to 4XL or even oversized pieces.

Practically all the garments we sell are second-hand and have been previously worn, although there are new garments that still have the tag, but this is not the norm. This does not mean they are in poor condition. At Vintage Zone Wholesale, we strive to offer stylish clothing that is visually clean and ready for resale.

We handpick each piece and classify the clothing by quality grades, so you know exactly what you are buying:

🔹 Grade A

Garments in very good condition, previously worn, but ready for sale. They may have minor imperfections such as:

• Light wear marks

• Some pilling or lint

• Small almost imperceptible stain

• Minor unravelling that is easily repairable

🔸 Grade B

Garments with some visible flaws, but still have resale potential (due to their brand, design, or rarity). They usually show:

• Visible stains or small holes

• More general wear

• Details that require fixing if you want to sell as a top piece

Note: If a lot includes Grade B garments, it will always be indicated in the description.

Yes, we offer the possibility to select items one by one (handpicking) for orders over 500 €.

You can do this in two ways:

• By video call: with a fee of 20 €/hour, which will be deducted from the final amount if you make a purchase.

• In person at our warehouse (Segovia).

In this mode, the fees vary according to the type of selection. Contact us for more info.

Write to us to book your appointment or to resolve any questions before your visit.

Yes. If you are looking for a specific type of product or need a large order, we can prepare a custom batch for you and offer volume discounts.

You just have to write to us via email, Instagram, or Whatsapp and tell us what you need. We adapt to your budget and style.

Shipping

Deadlines, costs, and conditions according to the destination

If the product is in stock, we prepare the order in 2 to 3 working days.

Delivery times are approximate and depend on the transport company:

• Mainland Spain: 2 to 4 working days

• Other destinations (Islands, Europe, etc.): 4 to 10 working days

All orders include a tracking number, which you will receive by email once the package has been shipped.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination.

For orders over 500 € shipping is free.

📦 Orders within the European Union

If you purchase from a country in the EU, taxes are already included in the price, so you will not have to pay anything additional when you receive your order.

🌍 Orders outside the European Union

If you place an order from outside the EU, you may have to pay taxes, duties, or customs fees upon receiving the package, according to your country's regulations.

These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and we are not liable for them.

Returns

What to do if there is a problem with your order

Returns are only accepted if there has been a clear error on our part in the shipment (for example, if you receive a batch that does not correspond to what you ordered).

Returns will not be accepted for personal preferences or dissatisfaction with the received items. It is essential to review the product descriptions before making a purchase.

If you detect an error, please write to us at the email contacto@vintagezonewholesale.com within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the order. Indicate your order number and attach photos that clearly show the problem.

In case the return is accepted:

• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless we agree otherwise.

• When we receive the package and confirm that everything is in the same condition as it was sent, we will issue a coupon for the value of the order (excluding shipping), which you can use on our website.
