What to sell on Vinted this Christmas: vintage football shirts and track jackets
From November to January many people look for gifts, and a shirt from their team or a retro track jacket is one of the easiest to get right. If you sell on Vinted, Depop or eBay, it's a good time to have these items in your wardrobe.
Items that work best as gifts
- Shirts from well-known teams. Fans know exactly what they want: their club, their national team, their era. Shirts from clubs and national teams in the big leagues are the easiest to sell.
- Track jackets and sweatshirts. In winter they sell better than shirts because people can wear them every day. Brands like Adidas, Nike, Puma or Kappa sell to both football fans and streetwear buyers.
- Vintage shirts from the 80s, 90s and 2000s. A good gift for people who remember that era or collect old shirts.
- Other sports. NBA or NFL jerseys are less common in Europe and stand out among many similar listings.
When to prepare your stock
Count back from the date you want your listings to be live. You need time to receive the order, wash the items, photograph them and write the listings. If you buy bundles, do it several weeks before Black Friday.
